Can anyone tell me if there’s anyway of stopping these every time a Post is added to a thread I’m on? My inbox is crammed with them!

Yes, you can stop them!
If you click on this link to our Customise Settings page and scroll right down to the bottom you'll come to the Talk Notifications section. You can then tick or untick each of the notifications boxes. Remember to hit the Save button!
