By the way, the tag only works if you choose a specific HQer (eg @DawnMumsnet). And that HQer may not be on duty that day...

But if you're posting here in Site Stuff, one of us will see the thread and you should get a reply fairly swiftly. And if you hit the Report button on your thread, that'll double your chances!
