Keep being taken to a BT Survey page (scam?)

Multiple times this morning I've been half way through a thread when suddenly I'm on a page telling me I've been selected as a BT customer to do their free survey. The URL is not a BT one - it's eu.attractionsdisneyland.xyz so it's clearly some kind of scam. It's only happening on MN, is there a bigger issue?

The very least the scammers could do is update the BT logo.

This is very very far from the first time - why can MN not prevent this?

So no explanation or apology, just a "we've fixed it" - until next time.
