I don't want to receive emails every time a thread I'm on gets a new post. This app won't let me opt out so how do I do it

On my phone, using the app, click on the three horizontal lines in the top right hand corner. Then select Notifications, then select as options appropriate. I don't receive email updates with my settings as shown on the pic. Hopefully this might work. Good luck.
