My 9 year old son who has additional needs has recently had a monqi 5e for Christmas. We picked this phone for our peace of mind that he was safe on his first mobile device and the amazing ratings on mums net, it was working perfectly and we we're really happy with it until all of a sudden it had stopped working and couldn't connect to the Internet. We did a hard reset as recommended because nothing else would work including just a normal reset and now we can't even get past a screen saying update which we try to do but it's saying there's no Internet connection. we have tested our Internet and everything is fine and we have gone through testing everything on the phone which is also fine. It's now not usable at all and my son is very upset as he looked after it and can't understand why it's not working. I have no idea what to do now, we have a 3 years warranty but there's no website at all when we tried to activate it and customer services for monqi seems to be no help what's so ever. I would really like to get this sorted but I feel I have no choice but to let mums net and trading standards know of how little help this company has been and how much trouble this phone is if anything goes wrong because it becomes completely useless.
