I registered for mumsnet and gransnet but if I don't use gransnet for a while, when I go back and enter my details, every single time without fail, I get the red box saying my details don't match. After 20 minutes of throwing my phone around the room (not really!) and having been through stupid options like try your email to sign in ~ sorry that email is in use ~ of course it is! It's mine! AIBU to expect to swap from one to another? No point in emailing as they tend not to reply. Is it just me?
