Banned poster name appearing in notification emails

Since engaging with lcarmichael and the subsequent banning of that poster, the user name keeps appearing in notification emails I get from totally unrelated threads.

Thanks very much for alerting us to this. It was a tech glitch which we're resolving now - that version of the email has been deactivated.
