Hi, I've had a new phone, and have tried logging in to my mumsnet account on it , but it keeps saying incorrect password. I've tried clicking on reset password, but unfortunately I registered with my aol account which I no longer use and it's been deactivated.
I'm on my old phone currently where I'm still logged in, tried logging out and back in, as the password is "remembered" on here to see if I could see password, but it's hidden. All I know is it ends in 1 and has 11 characters in total. I've tried all my passwords I can remember but they've not worked .
Is there another way to reset password as I've had this account for years and don't really want to start a new one?
