How do I customise my account

I've selected customise but it's not giving me the option to highlight the OP's posts and my own in different colours. I also want to have the hide button in active conversations.

Hi there OP,

Thanks so much for getting in touch. We know it's annoying but all customisable features are available on newer accounts, so that's likely something to do with it.

Yours and the OP's posts should still show in a different colour though, do let us know if they don't.
