Morning, everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this. We're looking into it now.

In the meantime could everyone (as many of you have already done) let us know which device and browser you're using, whether you're on mobile, desktop or the app, and also send us a screengrab if you can, telling us what page you were on when the pop up popped up.

All that info will help us locate the problem more quickly.

Chrome, android phone. It happens on almost every thread I try to read... I close the first pop up and there's another one underneath it... I then have to use the back button and start all over again (or give up)

This doesn't look like an ordinary popup, more like a rogue ad. Happy to investigate. Please could you mail us at [email protected] with the following:

  1. Device and browser
  2. Where this is happening on site?
  3. The URL link that the advert directs to (you'll need to click it but if you turn off wifi and data, it will give you the URL without actually taking you to the webpage of the advert).
  4. Your county/geographical location
