Why was I just automatically logged out?

As above really. I usually stay logged on (on a laptop that only I use at home etc) but I've just been chucked off and had to sign in again. Is there a security breach or is it linked to the whole weird logging onto strangers' accounts thingy?

Just happened to me. Was preceded by an orange box at the bottom of my screen saying “hear the truth about pregnancy” or something, which seemed to have blocked out the usual blue boxes at the bottom of the page with “watching” “active” “i’m On” etc buttons. HTH

I had problems logging back in after that, the log in button didn't do anything after I'd typed in my password. I managed to log in using the Log In using Google option in the end - just mentioning this if anyone is having the same problem and looking here for advice...
