Is it some kind of play on "no" is a full sentence?

I've got an ad for blinds on mine.

winecigsandchoc · 28/12/2018 10:55

I've never seen that one before I normally get pregnancy and baby related ads!

cooblanket · 28/12/2018 10:58

WTF

takingflight2018 · 28/12/2018 11:00

I saw that one last night too, And thought wtf!

Urbanbeetler · 28/12/2018 11:02

Doesn’t it depend what you have been looking at yourself? Or someone else using the same device?

Doesn't the triangle in the corner of the advert mean that it's targeted? That means it's based on your online activity.

insancerre · 28/12/2018 11:20

I’ve got tea on mine
I do think the ads are based on browsing history

LadyFlumpalot · 28/12/2018 11:25

Considering my adverts are for Quiz and New Look I'm also thinking the ads are targeted.

AssassinatedBeauty · 28/12/2018 11:31

If you click on the arrow on the ad top right then this is what I get (see pic)

It's not targetted.

Hi there OP,

We're really sorry about this, it should be blocked now, but do let us know if you still see it.

AssassinatedBeauty · 28/12/2018 12:36

I'm still getting that advert... this was just a moment ago.

AssassinatedBeauty · 28/12/2018 12:38

That ad is so bloody misogynist. They're not mature, they're all young women. Just because they're not teenagers, bleurgh... never mind the "always say yes" offensiveness...

GrandmaSharksDentures · 28/12/2018 12:39

Love that the ad is still showing on this thread - I've also reported this just now (before I saw this thread)

chickensaresafehere · 28/12/2018 12:43

I've got a singles dating site advert Confused
I'm middle aged & married.

MimsyBorogroves · 28/12/2018 12:43

I get this one, which makes me smile. I'd definitely let this chap housesit for me...but I'd stay with him anyway.

They're not very good at advertising are they - We're not exactly the target audience are we?!

I wonder if they've paid per view or per click... @mnhq do you know?

If it's per click then every time we click on it we use up their ad budget. What a shame it would be if all their ad spend was wasted on the wrong people...

Hi there all,

We're really sorry about this - we have now blocked all dating ads, so it should be gone for good. They can sometimes slip through though, so do let us know if they're back

DianaT1969 · 28/12/2018 17:09

Generally the ads on here are downmarket. I spend a fair amount of time online and it's rare to see so many poor quality ads on one site. They are the type of ads you would hate to accidentally click on.

GrandmaSharksDentures · 28/12/2018 17:35

Still advertising prostitutes
