Hi SlightlyMadSugar, to change your registered email address go to the "my mumsnet" link at the top of this page then "Registration Details" or go [http://www.mumsnet.com/member/MemberPage?call=PrivateProfile here]] to get straight there. Change your email address there and click save. It should be OK.

We can't guarantee email delivery though. We only control it as far as handing mail over to AOL or whoever. If they decided it's junk and bin it, we can't stop them I'm afraid. What can happen is that people on AOL get the mail and think "I don't remember asking for this" so they click the "This is Spam" thing in AOL mail. That can make it more likely that other mail from us will get blocked in future. AOL reportedly blocks over 2 billion pieces of mail a day. Depending on your aol mail settings, it might help to add [email protected] to your aol address book. We'll look into getting ourselves on AOL's "good guys" list as well, which will also help.

On the other topic, in the US the idea of getting cheap drugs from Canada is a bit of a talking point. You generally pay for your prescriptions in America (ie you buy the drugs at full cost which can be very high). Though most people are insured, many aren't and even some of those who are insured won't be covered for prescriptions, or may have a very high "co-payment". So there's a lot of interest, especially among older people, in sourcing drugs from Canada to save money. I guess the spammers are making out their viagra supply is cheap...
