CD, your ability to see down the twirly cables of the interweb and discern the exact personality of a poster is second to none.
A bollocking?
Nah, a bloomin' OBE would be more fitting, surely?

CountessDracula · 21/06/2007 18:59

he is being dullerama and not rising to the bait

I am waiting with baited breath for his next dose of bitter and humourless sarcasm.

SeamonstEr · 21/06/2007 19:23

[steps briefly off the fence]

Very funny. (you)

As pregnant women we are constantly told to try various 'alternative' therapies to help us out.
why does peppermint help indigestion. (fennel tea also good for colic.)
ginger for feeling sick.
etc etc etc
Not strictly homeopathic, but you get my drift?
I hope
[climbs back up]

SeamonstEr · 21/06/2007 19:24

should I have posted this on your other thread, if so, sorry

lulumama · 21/06/2007 19:25

who is dominiconnor...apart from th catholic church, arts grads and homeopathy's biggest enemy?

i do love the phrase 'load of old cock'

Desiderata · 21/06/2007 19:27

If you stopped drinking human blood, you might not need homeopathy.

donnie · 21/06/2007 19:28

he is an interesting character lulumama. Apparetnly he did train as a Catholic priest years back.

lulumama · 21/06/2007 19:32

really donnie? i do think he is interesting and articulate, but has certain bugbears! as we all do i suppose...

CountessDracula · 21/06/2007 19:32

hmm

Well the way he treats people on here reminds me a bit of my father. His mother preferred her dogs to him, he has always been picky and sarcastic towards women I presume in an attempt to try and belittle them and make himself feel powerful. He also hates dogs but as they don't understand being belittled he just shouts at them in an irritable way.

MY problem is that having grown up with it and having seen what a twat it makes one look doing this and how in fact it makes you seem the opposite of powerful, when I come across someone else who does it I rather naughtily feel the urge to wind them up so that they have to keep on doing it and making themselves look even more of a plonker. So I am obv deeply fucked up too! Still I do enjoy it

CountessDracula · 21/06/2007 19:33

oh and clearly I too am picky and sarcastic
i hope though that I ahve a sense of humour and no power issues

[leans down]

Now you mention it he reminds me of my dad as well.

complete rzl

Enid · 21/06/2007 19:35

oh I think homeopathy is quite good

it helped me

lolol @ cunt off

donnie · 21/06/2007 19:36

he is interesting and articulate yes but so are many people. I tend to abide by the ' lady doth protest too much' principle - if you harp on about something for too long too vehemently it is obvious that actually you are suppressing other feelings. Therefore I can deduce that DC is hopelessly Catholic, hopelessly arts inclined and secretly hates being a man bitterly.

So there you go!

donnie · 21/06/2007 19:37

btw homeopathy cured my mastitis in 24 hours and with none of the side effects of anti biotics.

lulumama · 21/06/2007 19:38

donnie

lionheart · 21/06/2007 20:10

Fio, Robbie Williams by any chance?

TheDuchessOfNorks · 21/06/2007 20:19

I can't comment on DC as a MNer. His posts are always so long that I never finish reading them.

willow2 · 21/06/2007 21:23

Nah, you're luvverly, you are CD - does this mean you aren't around for lunch tomorrow if you are off on hols? So bored with boring recovery and fancied being lady that lunches for an hour or so.

madamez · 21/06/2007 22:52

Er, Seamonster, homeopathy is not the same as herbal remedies ie peppermint, ginger etc. These are substances which do have some effect in some cases (aspirin is made from willow bark, for instance). Homeopathy is when you dilute something till it isn't actually there any more and charge the punter £5 for a bottle of boiled water.
