Email notifications

Can anyone tell me how I can stop the email notifications please?

Morning @lardass88

To customise (or turn off) email notifications, go to Talk (below the Mumsnet logo on the top left) and click on the small 'down arrow' to get more options.

You'll see 'Talk: customise'. Under 'Talk options', right at the bottom, you'll see 'Notify me when others post on threads I'm watching' followed by a tickbox.

Uncheck the tickbox next to 'Automatically watch: threads I watch' and also uncheck the tickbox next to 'Notify me when others post on threads I'm watching:' and you should stop receiving email notifications.
