Seems to have disappeared since the revamp.

I know we get an email but they often don't arrive until quite some time after the message is sent. (interestingly, I seem to be receiving two emails for every PM)

I think the bell, or icon, varied in colour over the years. I do recall it might have been yellow and red at some point? And then red? I can't remember!

I've reported not having the red bell a few weeks back. I've still not got it and there's seems to be no urgency in fixing it

Yes, I have to refresh the browser! But since the improvements, everything only half loads anyway, so I'm putting it down to that.
