I know we always say it only takes a minute, but this time it'll take less (or your money back )

Click here for a half term driving survey

and click here for a Fisher Price activity survey.

There are some top prizes up for grabs, and you'll be doing us a huge favour.

Thanks and good luck! Mumsnet HQ

I said I didn't want my kids to be any more active - they are 11 & 13 and run me ragged as it is!

Report
fennel · 12/05/2007 11:57

Clearly I'm being difficult but I couldn't complete either survey. For one, we already cut down our driving a lot but there wasn't a response for that. For the other, we don't want our children to be more active, they're already active enough.

The questions were too leading.

agree too simplistic - I drive as little as possible already! Anyway they were def quick to complete!

Nikki76 - application noted! We're not recruiting at the moment, but do send us a mail with more details and we'll bear you in mind should we ever spread west. Meantime there's always stuff to be done on a voluntary basis if you or others are interested.

Fennel - sorry you found the surveys frustrating but thanks for trying. Think there was a response for not wanting kids to be more active (as a few have noted and ticked!) and could you not just say you won't be driving more at half term. Agree they're not particularly detailed but then again at least they're speedy to complete!

Thanks all . Total of surveys completed now up to around 325 - would be great if we could hit 500 before the end of the weekend so please bump as you go

No car so I couldn't answer the driving one. I've filled in the Active one though.

tortoiseSHELL · 12/05/2007 15:20

Done the driving one, but my answers seem really non-eco, (for example, would I change my driving habits if I knew it could benefit the environment), but that's because we try to be as green as possible anyway, and not because of the children etc.

Does it matter if you don't have a car? I don't have Fisher Price aged kids, but I still did that one.....

feel a bit daft saying No, to do i wish my child was more active. They do loads, we have just returned from a 2 hour walk to feed donkeys, and yes we got a good soaking.

They were nice and short - I will always trust MN Towers now if they say a survey is going to be quick.

done - very quick - thank you!
although rather not have my DSs more active indoors if you don't mind....
