I can't see anyone else has reported this yet.
When I try to post I get this message, so retry, then I get it again. I cancel and go back to the thread and it has actually posted even though it told me it failed. I then end up with duplicate posts.
Other MNers are also duplicating posts so I might not be alone on this one.
