Can I have an update re posting images please? Apparently I've reached my limit but I've only posted one today!!

Plus, I can't post ANY, EVER, from the iPad, I can from the IPhone but not my IPad? I have a new (ish) IPad (that's the actual model) and an iPhone 7,so not old tech?
