When a poster's entire posting history is deleted, it sort of still shows anyway

Just wanted to point out a quirk of the site.

On the exceptional occasions where you delete a poster's entire posting history, the contents of their posts still show.

So if you AS a poster, their posts show as deleted ('Message deleted as poster's request'). However, if you just search their user name under the regular search function, you can see the content of their posts.

Just thought I would point this out in case this is a technical glitch that needs addressing.

Thanks so much for making us aware of this. Do you know if this is on all devices? What device & browser were you using to access MN when you discovered this?

We'll ask our tech team to look into this right away - does sound like it shouldn't be there, but it could just be that the system takes a while to catch up with itself...
