How long does it take MN to read thread reports? Is there always someone on hand to read reports? Only one person? Or more, for a site with this many users at any given time? I know it's said you work with voluntary staff at the weekend and evenings, but on a weekday afternoon?
Over two hours this afternoon, for MNHQ to even read a report which, on their own admission, needed deleted. It would have been very very obvious from the report, no need for MNHQ to read and dissect a pages-long thread, just a very obvious 'yes we can see this needs deleted'. Yet it was 2 hours and 14 minutes before MNHQ even read the report, let alone took action on it.
So were the forums unstaffed this afternoon? How often does this happen?
