Can you quit the app (double-tap and swipe up) and re-open the app, see if it's there?

Apologies to iOS and Android app users, we found the bug in our systems that has now been fixed.

This may fix the issue immediately for Android users, iOS users will have to wait a few days before the cache updates 😢 (I will improve that cache sometime soon).

If you are really desperate for the glitterball, delete and reinstall the app. Apologies for the inconvenience!

Glad to hear you’re able to use Glitterball - I’ve added a fix that means future emoticons will be loaded immediately in the future, so we shouldn’t have this issue again.
