Groovee · 09/08/2017 16:03

My app won't let me in saying it has expired 😭

TimMumsnet · 09/08/2017 16:08

Hi @Groovee - fear not! This is just a safety feature, if you log into the app again, all should be well.

TimMumsnet · 10/08/2017 15:26

Ah I see @Groovee - sorry I didn't realise you were a TestFlight user. All the new features have been moved over to the live build on the App Store, you'll need to download that version.

Apple don't make it super easy to move back I'm afraid, you shouldn't lose anything though.

TimMumsnet · 10/08/2017 15:29

I'm literally about to submit another version today, would anyone like to try a build with deleted thread messages and local topics?

TimMumsnet · 10/08/2017 15:30

@WatcherOfTheNight - yup I have both those usernames, I have no idea what made me change...

TimMumsnet · 10/08/2017 15:43

Great! Obviously there is a higher chance of there being bugs, but you can revert to the App Store version at any time.

I'll get it deployed to TestFlight soon 🚀

TimMumsnet · 11/08/2017 20:59

If you check the TestFlight app, the new build with new features is now live!

TimMumsnet · 12/08/2017 09:57

Ah sorry about that guys, it looks like another team hasn't released access to the local topics yet.

There is no need to update the version of the app, topics should start appearing in a few days time. I'll give them a nudge Wink

TimMumsnet · 16/08/2017 14:20

I'm pleased to announce that Local topics are now included in the iOS and Android Talk apps. 🎉

You can browse local topics and create threads in local. If you can't see them right now, quit the app and re-open - let us know if you have any issues!
