Have to say that the emoji movie ad...

Has got to be THE most annoying ad I've seen on here (or elsewhere on the internet) for some time. The jerky movement, the lurid crap covering the screen, the annoying vapidity of it. I had no real opinion about this film before these adverts began but now hell would freeze over before I took my kids to see it.

Feel free to pass my feedback on to the promoters, by all means - in fact, I wish you would.

Absolutely agree! It's so distracting I can only stand to look via my app now. Bloody awful!

Oh dear - this doesn't sound good!

Is it the content of the ad or more the format of it? (it hasn't popped up on my screen yet!).

Lucky you, DD has been nagging me to take her to it for weeks since we saw the trailer at despicable me 3 🙈. I'm dreading it.

Its the BRIGHT distracting colour of it. The characters in your face. Totally puts me off using the site.

Thanks for the feedback, folks.

We'll be passing this over to our adops team!

It's horribly bright and the movement is very distracting and irritating. Agree it's just totally in your face and puts me off seeing the film as I presume it would be a similar experience!

Just say no Geillis - my boys know I will only go to kids films if they are not going to make me poke my eyes out. So no chipmunks, or sponge bob or any shit like that.

We made the agreement some time ago and they know not to nag when I say no cos no means no. Job done Smile.

I've said if she is good for the next two weeks we'll go as an end of holiday treat, something to take the sting out of going back to school. Hopefully it won't be that bad.
