Mobile site has gone strange

Like, the sizing is way off (screenshot attached). Impossible to use, especially for writing anything! Also hard to read the tiny text.
It was normal until about 7 this morning, then I got switched to desktop (may have been my fault) & when I switched back I had this. Anyone else?
Phone settings are normal, am on a Samsung Galaxy, Android, Chrome.

Hi LegoCaltrops. Tech's let us know it all looks OK at our end, although given it's only happening when you are on our site they are still doing a bit more digging just to be sure.

While they dig away, to rule out any other potential problems could you take a quick look at the settings on your phone and tweak them if needs be? You can do this by clicking on the three dots icon on the top right of the screen, select 'settings', then ‘accessibility’, and then reduce the ‘text scaling option’.

Sorry for the delay Lego Blush. Your smart phone sounds very smart indeed!

We realise this is little consolation when you are enduring these glitches, but we promise that tech are actively looking into what is going on here so it can be resolved as soon as possible.

VintagePerfumista can we just check, are you having these problems on an Android device?

Are you using the desktop site on mobile or the mobile site? Could you just double check for us? Sorry for the faff.

LegoCaltrops, we're so sorry to hear that you're still having issues. Tech has been unable to replicate but are still looking into this. Would you be able to send some screenshots over at all? If so, you can mail them over to [email protected].
