the threads about accessible loos and who can use them. They come up every couple of months, they always go the same way and as usual it's up to those of us with family members that need the facilities to explain to others. Who of course think we're entitled arses for daring to want to have free access to a facility specifically designed for us! 
Please, please consider zapping them, I've been having the same arguments for bloody years now.
