Lost the bar on the mobile for quick post etc

I've done something daft. Pressed something and lost the bar at the bottom of page for active - im on and post.
It's the mobile site not the app

Sorry for the confusion - our bad!

If you click on the middle icon on the mobile site (the one on the drop down list) then there should be a 'show shortcuts buttons' option.

Click this and it should reappear.
