Weird 'competition' pop-up

Was just scrolling down active and the page jumps to a 'competition, you're a lucky winner' type thing, with what appeared to be a pop-up which said 'congratulations ISP customer' (but actually named my ISP).

I closed safari in a panic without taking a screenshot Blush am on an iPhone.

That sounds very strange. If it happens again, please do take a screenshot if you get the chance and we'll ask the Ad team to look into it.

Has anyone else experienced similar?
