Pages jumping to animated ad at the bottom

What's happening?

Every page I load, or go back to, I'm directed not to the top of the page, nor where I was before, but to a smurf playing football, or, just now, an animated mobile phone.

I could be thankful that at least the pages are loading not hanging, but this renders them just as unreadable.

iPhone SE, Safari, mobile site.

Doing it for me too, jumping to the bottom of every page that loads or is refreshed. iPhone / safari. I'll check my updates and see if that works.

This has just started happening to me today. I'm using safari on iPad. It's driving me mad - first I had the issues with white space and pages freezing that took days to fix and now this!! What's going on.......

Mine seems to have stopped flicking to the bottom but now the font size is tiny and I can't read threads without zooming in so that the thread is bigger than the screen and I have to scroll left and right to read everything.
Iphone on safari.
