I have only ever heard Shakespeare referred to as 'the Bard', but I am happy to be corrected.

Well if a bard is a poet, I guess it would depend on whether you consider 'the' poet to be English or Scottish

Though I did laugh at baird, I think both were male!

'Bard' is Celtic in origin, so I'm gonna give RB the victory

Well we commemorate Burns night, it's a big thing in Scotland.
