I had it just as I submitted a MN survey, so I don't know if it went through or not (though Survey Monkey said I've already done it when I tried again.

Evening folks. Sorry about this. Just to put minds at rest, we've contacted Tech, who are looking at it as we speak and it's definitely not anything sinister. It seems there is a routing problem which means some people can access the site and others can’t. The datacentre company has confirmed that it's a problem at a third party company so essentially there's nothing we, at MNHQ, can do to fix it ourselves unfortunately. At the moment we don't have an estimate on how long it will take them to sort out but as soon as there is an update (or it's fixed) we'll post again and let you know. Apologies in the meantime to everyone it is affecting.

Hello again. Tech tell us that traffic to the site seems to be returning to normal so hopefully this is a positive sign. If anyone is still having problems could you let us know? (Assuming you can log on, of course!) Thank you!

I wasn't able to get on the site for most of the evening, but all back to normal now 👍

I had it earlier (windows 10/bt broadband). It was when I tried to open MN in a new tab. Had open already in another tab and that worked fine.

Glad it's back to normal. Thought it was going to go the way of the mummy's, bubbas and huns for a while there. Glad you're back and we can say shit, fuck and bugger.

By the way, just wondering if it might be useful to pop something on Twitter if you're aware of site problems.
