Apparently I haven't posted

When I click on " I'm on" the message tells me I haven't posted on any threads yet. I've posted on plenty am due they were all showing at 10 this morning when I last checked.
I'm properly logged in and everything

Still odd, but a different odd now.
On Safari Mac and iPhone.
Having a mixture of some posts bold, some posts not.
However there is a change I like, it's now from where I last posted, no having to scroll back to see where I last posted on a thread to read what's been happening.. Can we keep that bit? If this makes sense.

Mine are showing but not correctly ordered.

The formatting which previously didn't show in preview now does (including emoticons - I checked!) which is a pretty big change I think. So no wonder something else fell over ...

MrsHathway, it's clear that people have posted after you. It's your last post and then others, is how mine is now displaying.
If yours is like mine from earlier, that was terrible because it was your last post and then nothing.

I think I have also worked out the odd bold bit.

So in the order of this thread
my last post and what I posted
MrsH and what was posted
MrsH and what was posted
Pax and what was posted
Misc and what was posted but this one in bold.. Looking at others on I'm on, this bolded post at the bottom is the last post, regardless of how many posts from my last post. (Think I might have just confused myself now lol)

Just doing a little test as, not only is my "Threads I'm on" not working, but also the posts I have made today don't seem to be appearing in the threads where I've posted them...
I wonder if this one will work.

Yes, but unless I can remember that last time I clicked through there were 48 posts and now it's saying there are 52, I don't know whether the fourth post after mine (the last one displayed) is the most recent or if there are potentially unread messages afterwards.

We need at some point for the system to automatically jump you to the earliest unread message. Other forums have been doing this for years so it's a disappointing omission.

This is a test to look at formatting.

As far as I can tell, the bold is where there's bold in the real post - which never used to show. It'll be useful because so often we use bold to quote, so you won't think someone's saying the opposite of what they usually say.

Ditto underlining, strikeout and italics, and also emoticons as I tested earlier. It's a great update ... If only it hadn't broken the original functionality!

Something very odd on my phone too. And the colours of my posts and OP posts were very odd yesterday but seem to be back to normal today.

Well I'm glad to see that MNHQ techs are "on it", but disappointed that it's not fixed yet.

However, I have created my own temporary fix, by doing an Advanced Search of my username and checking all messages I posted in the last 2 days.

This at least gets me back to the threads I posted on!!

Still bloody irritating though Angry

TIO is now in the right order, but the posts under each thread heading aren't, so it's impossible to tell if there have been any new posts since I last looked, which is pretty annoying.

Tim has created a fix for the app, and we now have to wait for Apple to approve it before it can be released. This should, all being well, be by tomorrow at the latest.

Tech are looking into the main site/desktop bits as we speak. Thanks so much for your patience, we know it's massively frustrating! Flowers
