I reported a thread last Wednesday. It was deleted due to sock puppeting. In the response to my report email from HQ, I replied asking HQ to clarify a query I have about sock puppeting. No reply. I waited 48 hours and sent it again. No reply. So I sent it again 48 hours later and have still had no reply. It's definitely not in my Spam folder.
I'm sending my emails to the contact us address.
This also happened a couple of weeks ago when I had a question about policy after reporting a thread that was subsequently deleted. I chased it up and did get a reply then.
This seems odd as I've not had problems like this previously with HQ.
