Just wanted to contact two people today and when I click on 'pm' the screen just jumps back to the page I was on. Is there anything I should know/can do about this?

Sorry to hear this - we are always working behind the scenes to improve things - but this sometimes means we break one thing while we fix another Please can you tell us how you're accessing PMs - desktop, tablet, mobile, app - which browser etc? Thanks
