I've done it by accident a couple of times. In fact one tonight. Nothing horrible or goady or anything. Just that I tend to post via a few names as I know there are people on here that I'd prefer not to "find" me and when posting a reply on s thread forgot who I was. (I have very few un, I'm not talking 20 & filling up a thread)

Genuine error = fine. Smile. We turn a blind eye to that sort of thing; it's just when someone's being deliberately misleading that we step in.
