Unable to change username

I want to change my username - have put in the desired name, and my password, and it just gives me a blank white screen after hitting save. Any ideas?

So sorry about this - this is an issue for a few people at the moment. Tech are aware and are attempting to replicate and fix. As soon as we know more, we'll let you know.

We're so sorry that this issue is taking us a while to resolve - we do know how annoying this must be.

It would be really helpful if you could provide us with a few details so our Tech team can try to work out what's going wrong -

Can you let us know which device you're using (mobile, pc, Mac, laptop, iPad etc)?
If you're using a mobile, which one is it (Samsung, Blackberry, iPhone etc) ?
What browser are you using (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google, Chrome etc)?
Are you accessing Mumsnet via the main site, the mobile site or the app?

I think quite a lot of this kind of information may be on other threads on Site Stuff Dawn, I know I've given this before.

Just dropping in to say this is still not working (it has been months now!)
I'm on Chrome, Laptop main site, Windows 8.1

Thanks, rumbling, we know, we know - there are about half a dozen other threads on this same issue but our Tech team still don't seem to be able to get to the bottom of it, which is why we're asking again for more details.

We do know how flipping annoying this whole problem is. I'd fix it myself if I had half an idea about tech stuff, but my kids won't even let me loose with the Sky remote.
