Why does mumsnet.com suddenly want to use my device's location?

It has never asked before but it is suddenly very insistent.

It's back.

I am getting it too.

Me too, just a standard Safari pop up like when Google Maps or whatever wants to know my location.

Me toooo! Is someone trying to track us down?

Mine too. Windows phone here. I clicked no.

I got it too. I allowed my location.

And again

All day on and off

I ticked yes now have dodgy looking ad on my active threads page.

Mine has bee doing it too, looks like foxes' one.
