Active convos updating when I go back to the page.

This happened last year sometime and Tech managed to get it sorted, but today it is doing it again.

If I open up active, click on a thread and then use the back page it will go to the new updated page of active, not where I left it.

I am using laptop with Chrome.

Can some one get tech onto this again?
