Looks like some more 'leakage' from Tech. Grin

Fascinating insight into their psyche.

Stratter5 · 28/03/2016 15:41

cozie Grin

VinceNoirLovesHowardMoon · 28/03/2016 16:01

Mine does that every now and again. It will go back to normal.

TheImprobableGirl · 28/03/2016 17:31

It's back -breathes-

bakeoffcake · 28/03/2016 17:35

Gosh, I'd be worried about what would pop up nextShock Grin

cozietoesie · 28/03/2016 18:32

I'd be worried about Tech's state of mind, myself. Smile

cozietoesie · 28/03/2016 18:42

By the way.

Has anyone worked out what the 'I'm On' is meant to represent ? It looks to me like a city on fire but it's a bit too small to identify clearly.

TheImprobableGirl · 28/03/2016 19:03

I thought a sunset skyline maybe? Possibly I'm on acid ?

TheImprobableGirl · 28/03/2016 19:04

The searching lips got me most worried. I thought I'd wandered into mumssexnet or something

PoreofWiner · 28/03/2016 19:05

I always think it's Stonehenge

cozietoesie · 28/03/2016 19:17

Well let's assume for a moment that it's Stonehenge.

Why is it Stonehenge ??? Grin

But then Tech might be a (brooding) sunset skyline with an actively broken heart and searching lips?

Oh Dear Dear. I suspect it's time for an intervention here.......Grin

Behooven · 28/03/2016 19:20

Your charge is very low...

cozietoesie · 28/03/2016 19:32

Some people either don't mind or use their devices a lot and learn to live with that. I become edgy when mine falls below 40% but that's just me. Smile

Behooven · 28/03/2016 19:39

Me too cozie I get a bit freaked when it goes down to 30%

DawnMumsnet · 28/03/2016 22:12

Hi TheImprobableGirl,

Really glad to hear that everything's gone back to normal now.

We'll flag this to our Tech team though to see if they can explain why this happens from time to time.

Just out of interest, is that the mobile site you're using on your iPhone, and if so, have you ever tried the app?

cozietoesie · 28/03/2016 22:36

Hi Dawn

Mind asking Tech 'Why Stonehenge?' (I think we'd best draw a veil over the broken heart and the searching lips. Grin)

BertieBotts · 28/03/2016 22:37

It's because they use wingdings or something and occasionally it gets substituted for emojis.

cozietoesie · 28/03/2016 23:26

Remember the kittens, Bertie. Tech had to 'fess up to that one. Grin

BertieBotts · 28/03/2016 23:28

Kittens? Grin No I have no idea what you are talking about!

Room101isWhereIUsedToLive · 28/03/2016 23:32

Just to join in, my active convos list is a lot shorter than usual.

cozietoesie · 29/03/2016 00:37

They were using kitten photos as a test something or other and they 'leaked'. Smile You would probably find the thread here on Site Stuff - within the past year I think - if you looked for it. (Because MNHQ don't cull threads. Grin)

TheImprobableGirl · 29/03/2016 08:48

beehoven and cozietoesie

The thing is, DP sits on the electric/charger/lamp end of the sofa. And I sit on the door end.

So mid-mumsnet I have been known to go as low as 1% before a mad dash to t'other end. And then a forlorn look into the distance whilst I wait until about 20% and I can disconnect again!

MNHQ I am using the mobile site on safari (iPhone 5s) and I can't really be bothered with apps because I have to navigate through mountains of whatever DD (5) has downloaded to find anything- sorry

cozietoesie · 29/03/2016 08:56

Don't worry, Improbable. It happens. Smile

It's just a small personal problem that I've learned to live with. (I also, when we had a car, used to keep the tank topped up on that even though I knew that it meant carrying around more petrol than necessary hence worse fuel consumption. As I said, it's a personal 'thing' that I've got. Grin I don't let it interfere with life too much I hope.)
