I'm getting more now. The Crieff one is the worst but I've also had these two beauties

As others have said, the Crieff one means that I can't click the links at the top of the page (mobile site). It's still happening today.

MyCatIsABiggerBastardThanYours · 13/04/2016 11:07

Bugger I don't think that loaded both. The other one hopefully here

It is making it very hard to read mumsnet whilst I'm working from home

MyCatIsABiggerBastardThanYours · 13/04/2016 20:59

Had this same one for days you can't even read the full ad either. It's really irritating

If this carries on the only answer might be AdBlocker until they get it fixed Sad

RaeSkywalker · 14/04/2016 08:20

The ad is still there this morning...

Same here.

Also the eternity leave/maternity leave one was too intrusive onto the page.

Any closer to getting rid of or shrinking the giant ads? It's making me want to actively avoid the companies!

BeccaMumsnet · 14/04/2016 13:19

Hi all - we are trying to get rid of these but they're proving troublesome. Are there any specific places they're popping up? Apologies everyone.

JonStark · 14/04/2016 13:41

I can't look at any thread in chat without it happening now. I have to type the address in the address bar to get back to chat. I can't see the forum links to click on them, I had to Google mumsnet site stuff to find this thread.

lborolass · 14/04/2016 13:48

I haven't been able to use the site on my PC for a few days now as it's keeps freezing and saying there's a problem with a script running on the page. I wasn't even able to get a screen shot, it's better today though, I can at least post.

Firefox and windows 10

Money are appearing in threads, on Active and on TIO so nowhere in particular really. But they're getting a lot more frequent (and therefore a lot more annoying!)

I've had this today too, keep having to leave MN app then go back in.

AntiquityUbiquity · 14/04/2016 17:45

That Crieff one is getting worse, it's everywhere.

DawnMumsnet · 14/04/2016 19:20

Thanks, everyone. We've flagged all these screenshots to our Ads team who will hopefully be able to sort things.

So sorry for all the hassle. Sad

annabelcaramel · 14/04/2016 19:29

I'm on safari ( I mean as a search engine, I'm not currently roaming the Kalahari in a Land Rover looking for big game) and I'm getting a Harrods one. I feel quite flattered. Clearly that previous 'how to look expensive' thread in Style & Beauty worked.
