i got the smash hits annual for christmas too, pruni. although i do still have my collection of smash hits original mags (8 years's worth... do you think i shoudl sell them on ebay?). so i remember most of the articles well. and of course my hero black type.

83 to 90 i reckon, there or thereabouts. they were IMMACULATE, not a crossword done nor a poster pulled out or badge taken off the front, but i went off travelling for a year and my wee bro and sis wrecked them. bastards.

Good-day all,
The renault ad should be over soon - will check exactly when. We've just turned down a similar type of ad format for a new coffee machine and what with that and Christmas, we're feeling very poor. Nowt but bread and water in Mumsnet Towers for a while .
