Fault on Test flight App?

I've started using the new app and the active threads seems boxed,it has black all around the sides which makes it really small and hard to read,clicking on a thread it's the same.
Threads I'm on or watching comes up s normal.
Anyone else having this problem?
I'm in iPhone6.

There is a part at the end which asks about improving the app,I meant to put that I think being able to link other threads would be a good addition but I forgot

I've just been able to watch a thread in the same way as the old app

Must've been a glitch that I couldn't do it yesterday.

I don't think that I did this on the last version so it might be how it works but when you hide posts it doesn't actively do anything so you don't know it's worked (but obviously the thread is hidden so it has, if that makes sense?)
