I've been trying to change my username. I've tried several times today.
Each time, I get a new screen that just says "Sorry, an error occurred". No indication of what the error is, whether it's a site problem or whether there's an issue with the information I'm entering.
I'm on a kindle fire, using a Silk internet browser, and am on the mobile site.
