Can't name change

I want to change my name, but I keep getting an error message. I go to "account", type in a new nickname, enter my password, and then it just says "an error has occurred". Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Curiouserandcuriouser30 - have you tried to name change on a desktop? We're just wondering if this is an issue with the mobile site only, as we can't currently recreate it ourselves.

Perhaps give it go on desktop, if you're happy to? This will really help us get an idea of where the issue is occurring.
