Attempting to change name/save reg details page results in "Sorry, an error occurred"

Looking at the response from the registration-details post, it's a 500 Internal Server error.

Also, getting a 404 response for the Mumsnet logo on that error page, but that's just prettiness. I can cope without that Grin
