I love you guys, lots, really.... but over the last hour I have had 11 emails thanking me for donating to secret santa and giving me my postage label thingy to print.

I get the hint. I will send it. Promise. Please will you stop emailing me now?!

The lovely tech team have now identified this glitch and are working on a fix. Meanwhile please visit HERE where you will be able to print the correct address label and indicate when you've sent your gift. Your correct Secret Santa nickname will be on the nominee's address label you use to deliver your gift.
Please ignore any duplicate emails and just rely on the info on this page.

Secret Santa is always an administrative challenge, but this error has been a particular faff for you all and we're really very sorry.

Don't worry, Sandy - MNSS wouldn't be MNSS without some SNAFU to keep us all enlivened. This will just become The Year They Couldn't Stop Sending Us Emails. (Even though I only had 7 so am in the 'really unimportant' group.)

Not at all. The coding system just gives everyone anonymity, but if they choose to share their code with their matched nominee then posting on the thank you thread can be more focused. [santa]

I'm another MNer with the multiple emails except I noticed that I have been allocated two different numbers (so there are 6 emails in all, 3 with 1 unique SS number and another 3 with a 2nd unique SS number)

But for all 6 emails, there is only 1 gift recipient (as their 'narrative' is the same for each email).

Any problems with that?
