Staying logged in on my phone

I'm having problems staying logged in to MN on my phone - an I Phone 5, even when I click the "stay logged in" option. Dont have this problem on my PC and its really annoying having to type my email address and password in every time I want to log in....its been going on for a few weeks now. Is it my phones fault? Its not the app I use, I have MN AIBU, chat etc stored as bookmarks.

Hi LagunaBubbles - there were a couple of other Mumsnetters who had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago. One of them said to check if you are using 'private' browsing which will stop your information from being stored in the same way and may be logging you out.

Perhaps have a look and see if that's the problem, but if not, please do get back to us.

Hi Laguna - had a quick google and the Apple website has a handy guide.

Here's what it says on the Apple site.

On an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, open Safari, then tap (2 overlapping squares icon). Tap Private to turn private browsing off.
