I'm a little concerned. I received an email on December 4th that a gift had been sent to me and I should receive it in a couple of days. It is 10 days later and it still has not arrived. I'm worried that it may have gone astray.

Dear xmas2015santaa2126,

The parcel arrived on Friday (only I had issues changing nn to post you a thank you) which was my last day of work before Christmas and so really gave me a huge warm fuzzy glow and there may have been a lump in my throat and a tear in my eye too .

I am so grateful for your thought and generosity and have left the presents by the tree to open with DD on Christmas Day. I'll also get some special festive treats with the voucher that we will all enjoy. Mners are amazing and I really can't explain how lovely and grateful I am.
