Why can't I post on my local board?

Just that really. I'm maybe being reAlly thick here but I can write reply to a post but it just doesn't appear. Confused

Hi there

We think it may be because you don't have a local username. When you attempt to post on the local board, it should give you the option of assigning yourself a UN.
