I am on the app in iPhone and for the last couple of days have managed to log in successfully about 1 time in 5! Is there a known issue?

Which iPhone are you using? And do you know which version of iOS you're currently on?
Unfortunately our current app does have quite a few problems - we're in the process of developing a new app which will be with us soon.
